Q: Where do I buy the address for my website?

A: Web addresses can be purchased through many different companies. Often, you can buy and host your web domain with the same company.

Q: Where does my website actually exist and what is hosting?

A: When your website is created, files are saved to a remote computer called a server, often at your web hosting company. Hosting is the service of making your site available on the internet.

Q: How long does it take to create a website?

A: It truly depends on the complexity of the design and the availability of images, text, etc... Many sites take a few weeks while others are finished in months.

Q: What format do my pictures need to be in?

A: If the design is for print, the preferred format is .tiff for photos and .pdf (or illustrator) for art. For web design, photos should be .jpg and art as .gif files. Most of the time pictures and other files can be emailed to us.

Q: How much will it cost?

A: Package prices are available in the services section. Services may be added as needed.

Q: What if I need the files for my project after it is finished?

A: All files for your project will be handed over to you on a CD or DVD once the project is finished. We cannot be responsible for lost files, but we will do our best to keep copies of all of our projects as a courtesy to our customers. If we have the files, we will be more than happy to help you replace lost or damaged files.
